City Art Garden - Nelson

The desire for good circulation, outdoor spaces, the use of unusual texture and the development of a low maintenance 'interesting garden' was the driving motivation for the project.

The conversion of an old garage and the installation of a new artist shed dictated much of the use of the garden and the bridges, paths and gathering areas cater for tables, linkages and the potential to locate art and sculpture throughout the site.
