Fields of Special Competence:

• Identify and resolve site-planning problems.
• Provide full landscape architectural services including design, documentation, and contract administration for commercial, industrial, educational, institutional, recreation and tourist developments.
• Preparation of management plans for reserves.
• Undertake visual impact studies.
• Preparation of landscape architectural components of Resource Consents
• Preparation and presentation of expert evidence at council hearing and before the Environment Court.

Qualifications: Diploma of Landscape Architecture, University of Applied Sciences, Nurtingen, Germany.

• Work effectively in a design team and work constructively with and alongside clients, and other team members to achieve the best overall outcome for the projects concerned.
• Effectively integrate built structures and landscape so as to create visual flow and cohesion.
• Assess and analyze land use and other patterns within the wider landscape with a strong understanding of urban growth and design.
• Identify and resolve site planning and detail design issues in an attractive and cost effective manner.

We believe we have good liaison skills and rapport with all participating members of a project team. We have the experience of working creatively in difficult areas that have often evolved haphazardly over time.

We are organized, systematic and clear in our dealings with other consultants and contractors related to a project and we have the ability to work efficiently with other members of a design team, to meet deadlines and prepare comprehensive, accurate and coordinated contract documents and statements of evidence.
