WHAT WE DO..

The scale and nature of the projects undertaken since establishing in Nelson has varied significantly.
 
In addition to the site planning and design work leading to contract documentation and contract administration we have increasingly become involved in undertaking landscape and visual assessments studies of development proposals and giving evidence as expert witness, in terms of the Resource Management Act, at council hearings and before the Environment Court.
 
In recent times we have been involved with a number of proposals under the new draft Rural 3 legislation being applied to the Richmond to Kina coastal zone.
 
As a practice we utilize a CAD package called Vectorworks that can easily exchange files with most other major CAD packages for easy and efficient transfer of information.
